After accepting 2 early retirement packages, he was semi-retired for awhile. When Donna decided to leave the corporate world for the joys of self-employment, Bruce joined her in a career in Real Estate. They both formed a team with Baird & Warner brokerage in the Chicago area.
Bruce married late (in 1994) having finally found someone that would tolerate him. He has a step-daughter (Heidi) and lives peacefully and retired (2016) with his wife Donna in the Chicago area. Heidi lives in Seattle and has blessed Bruce & Donna with 2 grandsons - Griffin and Vaughn
