John retired from the USAF in November of 1996. His last position was with the OSD (Office of Secretary of Defense). Upon retirement, he was invited to remain and has 10 years there as of this writing. He's presently working in acquisition. His two kids live in Denver so he & Kathy built a house in Breckenridge so they would have a place to go skiing in the winter, hiking and fishing in the summer, and a place to have their kids joing them. Kathy is a preschool director at their church, so once the school year finishes, she heads for Colorado and spends the summer there.   (Info dated: October 2006)
