Tom left Craig for C-141s stationed at Charleston AFB, in SC. In 1975, he left the USAF and joined Cessna Aviation as a flight crew training instructor in their multi-engine division. From 1976 until 1984, he was a pilot with Western Airlines. Tom is now a pilot with Northwest Airlines living in Escondido, California (San Diego area). He is a Captain, Instructor, Check Airman in the 747 (he works with fellow 71-06 classmate Lynn Moore). Tom and his wife Cathy have 3 grown children: Jennifer (born while Tom was stationed at Craig and is now 36), Jeff (34), and Kim (30). Tom and Cathy have 3 grandchildren: Kaylee (4), Elizabeth (3), and Tyler (2). Son Jeff is a Major in the USAF stationed at Luke AFB as an F-16 instructor.  (Info dated: April 2005)
