Ulf left Craig and returned to Norway to begin his career with the Norwegian Air Force:   - 1971: Transition training on F-5 at 718 Sqn Sola Air Station.   - 1971 - 1972: Flew C-47 Dakotas at 335 Transport Sqn Gardermoen Air Station   - 1972 - 1975: Air Force Academy in Trondheim   - 1975 - 1985: Pilot, Flt Cmdr, Dpty Cmdr, Sqn Cmdr 339 Helicopter Sqn at Bardufoss Air Station   - 1985 - 1988: Staff Officer Ops and Ops Grp Cmndr at Bardufoss Air Station   - 1988 - 1991: Snr Staff Ofcr for COMAIRSONOR at Defence Command South Norway Air Staff, Stavanger   - 1991 - 1994: Chief Ops Coordination for HQ UKAIR/HQ AIRNORTHWEST at High Wycombe UK   - 1994 - 1999: Stf Ofcr & Chief Personnel Branch at HQ Defence Command Norway in Oslo   - 1999 - 2002: Station Commander at Rygge Main Air Base   - 2002 - 2003: Dpty Cmdr/Chief Staff at Regional HQ North-Norway at Reitan, Bodo   - 2003 - Preent: Chief of His Majesty the King's Military Staff at Royal Palace in Oslo Ulf has the rank of Brigadier General and is due to retire from the Air Force in November of 2008. Ulf changed his last name several years ago to Husebo, is married to Anne-Lise, and together they have one son, Tom (34). Tom is married to Ingunn (34) and has given Ulf and Anne-Lise a grandson (Herman - 2). Tom and Ingunn are expecting another child in March of 2007.  (Info dated: October 2006)
